Boreal Mountain Anoraks (BMA) can exchange your original item(s) for other BMA products. All exchanges must be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will then send you a Return Authorization number, which must be included in the package along with your original order number and exchange request details. Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been worn, washed, cleaned, altered, soiled, or damaged – it must be in resellable condition, and product tags and labels must be intact. All customized orders and discounted items are final sale. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging items. Additionally, exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If items are received with a manufacturer’s defect and the exchange has been accepted, BMA will absorb the shipping costs and waive the restocking fee. US customers must ship parcels via US Postal Service with insured, trackable, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Failure to do so may result in additional charges due to customs clearance and border fees which BMA will not absorb.
